From October 12th to 15th, CBEAD successfully held the 1st Special porgram on Total Management System (TMS) Development. It is the first international optional training porgram jointly developed with Waseda University. A total of 43 participants, principals of production and operational functions of the second- and third-tier companies of central manufacturing enterprises and key local state-owned enterprises, joined the sessions.

    The project consisted of 4 lectures and 3 online field visits to companies including AVEX Dodo Factory, Mifune Industry, and Watanabe Industry. The livestreaming porgram marks CBEAD's first  online field visit to oversea companies. Following the camera, the audience entered into factory workshops and offices in real time, had chance to communicate with foreign entrepreneurs, and learned the original TMS practice, which in turn helped business managers realize their own misunderstandings, pick up Japanese-style management and TMS experience, and better implement TMS at their own organizations, hence greatly enhancing core competitiveness of those companies.

    The porgram is of distinctive features and innovative form. According to the feedback of the participants, the porgram was a boost for state-owned enterprises to further promote the development of management system and managerial capacity, and to accelerate the cultivation of world-class enterprises with global competitiveness.
