    In the spirit of closely following the policies and instructions of the Party and the country, while focusing on addressing key issues and difficulties and reforming development in state-owned assets and enterprises, China Business Executives Academy, Dalian (CBEAD) has developed special optional programs for the open enrollment of executives from the central and local SOEs. In 2022, CBEAD sets up 7 short-term special program modules and 4 medium- and long-term open course programs.


World-Class Benchmarking Program - Open Course on International Teachers' Lectures

    The course is designed to expedite the building of world-class enterprises, forging a window and platform for exchange and cooperation between SOEs and the world. It invites Nobel Prize winners, global management consulting experts, professors of top business schools from the globe and other eminent persons, and draws attention to the changes in global politics and economy, corporate innovation and development, strategic thinking and management philosophy, frontier technologies and future fields. The course intends to endow entrepreneurs with a global vision, enable them to seize opportunities and mitigate risks in order to improve corporate capabilities, including value creation, global competition, management and governance, and sustainable development, attaining high-quality development.


Sailing of Chinese Enterprises - Open Course on China's Corporate Leadership

    The course is designed to tap into and promote China's practice of modern corporate management, and explore the building of a Chinese school in this field. It focuses on the core issues of China's corporate leadership, and lays out study and exchange on ten topics about Chinese entrepreneurs, including the responsibility positioning and connotation, strategic leadership, corporate transformation and innovation, entrepreneurship cultivation and other topics. The course organizes to visit leading enterprises of the industry and convene face-to-face meetings with outstanding entrepreneurs in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Chengdu-Chongqing Region, creating an immersive experience of the development of Chinese enterprises and the pioneering role of Chinese corporate leaders.


Open Course on the Innovative Development of SOE Leaders

    As the three-year reform of Chinese SOEs draws to a close, CBEAD invites entrepreneurs to interpret the strategic logic of reform with 15 advanced paragons of reform and innovation. The course consists of in-depth study of 30 reform and innovation courses, face-to-face talks with 15 entrepreneurs, 2 specially-appointed mentors for follow-up guidance, 5 specially-invited observers for Q&A, 15 sets of reform plans and 15 innovation roadmaps, jointly creating an action plan of reform and innovation.


Open Course on the “Path of Low-carbon” Pilot Program

    Focusing on the development landscape of state-owned assets and enterprises, the course is designed to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of SOEs. CBEAD launches five classic modules, including "understanding and viewing the mega-trend", "embracing and managing the changes", "breaking and innovating technology", "leading a low-carbon practice", and "promoting and recreating value", by pooling the powerful faculty resources. The course carries out study and exchange by means of corporate field visits, case deduction and analysis, and group seminars and salons. The diverse formats of activities will help corporate leaders build a multi-dimensional knowledge system and cultivate innovative thinking. The course is set to facilitate enterprises in exploring the path of low-carbon development, and to seize new opportunities, draw new impetus, and promote new development under the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060.
