The high-level of the participants demands high-level trainers. CBEAD has established the principle of “less full-time faculty, and more part-time faculty”.

CBEAD also invites overseas experts and professors to lecture and join scientific research together with Chinese faculty.

Guided by this principle, CBEAD has built a faculty bank of more than 700 people who are high level officials in central governments, professors, experts in national economic management research and business executives and, among which more than 100 are actively engaged in our training programs. The Academy will increase the number of full-time faculty through overseas recruitment in the future.
