In order to further implement the strategic instructions of the central government to "open up to the outside world at a higher level and expand a new pattern of win-win cooperation", and respond to China's establishment of a "dual circulation" development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement, China Business Executives Academy, Dalian (CBEAD) gives full account and analysis of the hotspot issues and common demands encountered by SOEs in international operations in the new era. CBEAD strives to develop international optional programs that lay equal emphasis on "bringing in" and "going global", align with international rules and benchmark best practices. In doing so, it caters to the practical needs of leadership growth and corporate development, and assists in building world-class SOEs.

Foreign-related Training Programs

Foreign Aid Programs

CBEAD has been committed to telling good stories about the reform of Chinese SOEs, and communicating experience on economic development. The programs facilitate exchanges between Chinese and foreign governments and enterprises to assist Chinese enterprises to "go global", which can better serve the reforms of state-owned assets and enterprises and China’s overall diplomacy. Hitherto, CBEAD has trained more than 200 government officials and corporate executives from over 20 countries and regions.

IEMT Program

CBEAD has launched the "International Executive Management Training Program" (hereinafter referred to as “the IEMT program”) in a bid to serve the overall situation of China and deepen opening-up and cooperation to demonstrate the image of China's peaceful development. In order to expand the international influence of Chinese enterprises, the program aims at telling good stories about SOEs and sharing the experience of SOEs. Meanwhile, it is set to reinforce cultural integration and strengthen people-to-people ties, which effectively promotes the consensus of the Belt and Road Initiative.

International Master Lecture Series

As flagship courses launched by CBEAD in cooperation with the world's top colleges and universities as well as renowned entrepreneurs, CBEAD gathers high-quality executive education and training resources from the globe, and build a platform for exchange and cooperation between SOEs and the world. There are four modules of the 2022 lectures which aim at "expanding global vision by interpreting the times and trends", "leading corporate success by communicating knowledge and practices", "overturning traditional mindset by sharing strategies and tactics", and "empowering digital transformation by leveraging data and intelligence", covering fifteen subjects.
