The Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Notice on Further Standardizing and Strengthening the Mid-and-Long Term Management Training of Central Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”) on September 30, 2016. According to the Notice, in order to meet the requirements of the reform and development of central enterprises and top management team, we can learn from the practices of MBA programs and carry out mid-and-long-term Executive Management Training (EMT), a non-degree program, for middle and senior managers of central enterprises. China Business Executives Academy, Dalian (CBEAD) has been actively implementing the Notice, based on the strategic requirements of central enterprises to cultivate world-class enterprises with global competitiveness and the realistic demands of accelerating the growth of outstanding young and middle-aged cadres.
