On January 13th ,2023, the opening ceremony of Yisheng Garden Base of Beijing Teaching and Research Center of Dalian Senior Managers College was held in Beijing. Qiu Baolin, secretary of the Party Committee and executive vice president of the College, unveiled the opening of Yisheng Garden Base and made a speech.

In his speech, Qiu Baolin reviewed the 43-year development history of the college and the construction process of Beijing teaching and research base, and emphasized the strategic significance and future development direction of the base. He pointed out that the opening of the Beijing long-term school base built with Sinochem represents the completion of the strategic layout of Road, Future Science City and the second step of the overall layout of the Dalian-Beijing-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In terms of the layout of core competence, China High Economic Institute should cooperate with 111 members of Chinese Enterprise Executive Training and Development Alliance to jointly build, co-create and share, and work together to build Yisheng Garden Base into a world-class and unique cadre education and training and conference center in Beijing.
