China Business Executives Academy, Dalian (CBEAD), tracing its origins back to the 1980s as the China Industrial Technology Management Dalian Training Center at Dalian University of Technology (DUT), stands as a prestigious national hub for corporate leadership development. Officially established in 2005, CBEAD is now under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), with Chairman Zhang Yuzhuo at the helm as President and Vice Chairman Tan Zuojun as its First Vice President. At CBEAD, our core mission encompasses training senior executives of central state-owned enterprises (SOEs), state-owned financial institutions, and fostering excellence among nationwide SOE training faculties. As a vital component of China's national executives education and training system, CBEAD joins hands with the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC (National Academy of Governance), China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CLAP), China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan and China Executive Leadership Academy Yan’an to shape the future of leadership.
In 2012, CBEAD's affiliation was transferred to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) from the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. Up to date, more than 80,000 participants have received onsite training, and 6.75 million users have registered on the Enterprise Branch and Primary-level Branch of China E-Learning Academy for Leadership, and Comprehensive Version and International Version of State-owned Enterprise Learning Network Academy. Zhang Yuzhuo, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of SASAC, concurrently serves as President of CBEAD. Tan Zuojun, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice Chairman of SASAC, concurrently serves as First Vice President and Secretary of the CPC Committee of CBEAD.
