In 2021, adhering to the teaching philosophy of "centering on state-owned enterprises and looking to the world", CBEAD firmly strengthened the concept of international education and the building of international resources, overcame the impact of the epidemic, kept innovation, turned crisis into opportunities, and created a new form of international teaching. CBEAD continued to explore new forms of international teaching. Throughout the year, international taught more than 100 courses, the quality of international teaching elements was improved, and the level of international education reached a new level.

Adhering to the international thinking, vision and pattern, CBEAD actively explores the path of international development, focuses on forging an international talent team, accelerates the improvement of the radiation and driving force of the Academy's education and training, and highlights the international elements of the Academy's school running. CBEAD gives full play to the advantages of resources and platform, selects professors, experts and scholars from well-known colleges and universities around the world, as well as international distinguished professors, including senior executives of Central SOEs, to enrich the CBEAD's international talent team. CBEAD has employed a total of 30 well-known scholars and experts from the United States, Germany, France, Japan and Singapore. CBEAD provides high-level training sessions, inviting Ram Charan and other world management masters, professors of the world's top business schools and celebrities from all walks of life to hold "International Thinkers and Great Minds Lecture Series " 2-3 times a month, with a total of 33 sessions. In cooperation with Waseda University, Japan and ESMT, Germany, CBEAD possesses lean management, hidden champions and other world-class innovation joint projects. The number of lectures given by international distinguished professors and international teachers in the whole year increased from 4 in 2019 and 17 in 2020 to 72 in 2021, reaching 101 in total, and the satisfaction has been greatly improved. By constantly expanding new ways/forms of international exchanges and cooperation, CBEAD actively cultivates new international business forms in the normal of a pandemic time in various ways.
