From November 20 to November 24, the seminar on improving the core competitiveness against the German "invisible champion" was successfully held in the college.32 middle and senior managers from central enterprises and local state-owned backbone enterprises attended this seminar. Zhang Zhiguang, vice president of the college, participated in relevant teaching activities.

 This seminar fully highlights the elements of international school running, and Mr.Oalf Ploetner, the former president of ESMT (European Institute of Management and Technology), was invited to visit the students to vividly tell the "invisible champions" series courses, and conduct in-depth analysis and explanation to the German hidden champions from the aspects of definition, strategy, product, globalization and so on. At the same time, senior executives of Siemens and Express Express were invited to have real-time online dialogue with students.
