    From November 29 to December 6, the first seminar for senior managers of Vietnam state-owned assets was successfully held in CBEAD. NGUYEN CANH TOAN, Vice Chairman of Vietnamese Enterprise State Capital Management Committee (CMSC), led 36 senior managers from Vietnamese State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, State-owned Enterprises and National Academy of Administration to attend the seminar and study. Qiu Baolin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Xie Hui, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Bureau of SASAC of the State Council attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. NGUYEN CANH TOAN, Vice Chairman of Vietnam SASAC, delivered a speech on the opening session. Executive vice President of the college Xue Hui attended the opening ceremony, and Vice President Zhang Zhiguang presided over the opening ceremony.

    Qiu said that the cooperation and exchanges between China and Vietnam in the political and economic fields have been deepening. College always participate in and witness China's reform and opening up, with the internationalization of reform and opening up genes, college combining the reality of Chinese enterprises, their own development practice, summarized concise for their own theory, the formation of modern enterprise management plan and modern enterprise management of Chinese school, build state-owned enterprises reform law research platform, international cooperation in running schools, international communication platform, international cooperation to promote platform. The seminar is of far-reaching significance in the college. It is hoped that the seminar will enhance mutual learning and knowledge sharing between the two countries, and promote exchanges and cooperation between state-owned enterprises between the two countries.

He pointed out that Vietnam and China are linked by mountains and rivers and their traditional friendship goes back to ancient times. In recent years, the cooperation and exchanges between the two countries at all levels of the two countries have been continuously deepened. Under this background, the seminar for senior managers of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises is a vivid case and strong proof of bilateral cooperation between state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises. As a state-level cadre education and training institution, Dalian Senior Managers Institute will hold a seminar here will be a very favorable opportunity for bilateral exchanges. It is hoped that the training can learn from leading Chinese experts about Chinese enterprises and promote the growing development of the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two sides.
