Anil Makhija, Dean of the Fisher School of business at Ohio State University visited CBEAD

    On the morning of October 30, Anil Makhija, dean of Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University, visited CBEAD, and held a discussion with Mr. Dong Dahai, executive vice president of CBEAD. Mr. You Chao, director of China office, Ohio state university and Ms. Xia Wei, director of department of international cooperation, CBEAD, attended the meeting.

    During the meeting, Mr. Dong welcomed the visit of Anil Makhija. He reviewed and fully affirmed the long-term friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two parties. Mr. Dong said that the party's 19 report pointed out that " Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, developing the mixed ownership economy and cultivating the world class enterprises with global competitiveness ". It is hoped that the two sides will learn from western excellent management practices and strengthen exchanges and cooperation for Chinese enterprises in the future, so that more state-owned enterprises will soon become world-class enterprises with global competitiveness.

    Anil Makhija expressed thanks for the warm reception. He introduced the Fisher School of business to carry out strategic planning executive training program in Brazil, India, and China. He also put forward opinions and suggestions for theme training of globalization development of Chinese enterprises, and expressed willingness to use the advanced teaching resources of Fisher school in the supply chain management, financial and other fields to explore cooperation training plans that promotes the SOEs to become the world first-class enterprises. 

    At the meeting, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on teacher exchange, industrial characteristics, teacher referrals and cooperation projects.
