CBEAD Successfully Held Special program on Strengthening Operation Management and Improving Lean Operation Ability from July 25 to 29. Guided by the lean thought, the program focuses on on strengthening the management system and management capacity building of state-owned enterprises, assists enterprises to implement their standard promotion plan, gives an in-depth explanation from what is operation management, to how to lean the operation capability, enhance the lean operational capacity in the new stage of development. A total of 39 participants, principals of production and operational functions of the second- and third-tier companies of central manufacturing enterprises and key local state-owned enterprises, attended this program.
In cooperation with Waseda University in Japan, this program includes 5 online lectures from Japan and 1 Japanese enterprise online visit. Original Toyota lean management practice is illustrated from TPS (TOYOTA Production System), TMS (Total Management System) management practice, punctual management, quality management, talent training five direction for enterprise managers to find their own misunderstandings and learn from Japanese operation and TMS practical experience, also to promote the implementation of fine management in the enterprise blossom and improve the core competitive advantage of the enterprise. Meanwhile several experts are invited to share the excellent experience and typical cases of Chinese enterprises in lean management, in order to combine the actual situation of current Chinese enterprises, accelerate digestion and absorption, help the implementation of international courses, and achieve the optimal learning effect. According to the feedback of the participants, this training program provides an important theoretical fundation for further promoting the construction of management system and management capacity, promoting the continuous and lean enterprise management, and accelerating the cultivation of world-class enterprises with global competitiveness.
