From July 10th to 13th, a series of overseas risk management workshops for enterprises-legal risk management practice was successfully held in the CBEAD. Senior managers from central enterprises and provincial enterprises participated in the workshop. Zhang Zhiguang, vice president of CBEAD attended the opening ceremony and gave a welcome speech。

The holding of the workshop is an important measure taken by CBEAD to implement the guidance opinion of the State Administration and Administration Commission of the State Council on strengthening legal risk prevention in the internationalization of central enterprises. The aim is to improve the central enterprisesundefined understanding of legal risk prevention in international operations, to strengthen the construction of legal risk prevention mechanisms for international operations, and to help enterprises to do a good job in preventing legal risks in overseas investment mergers and acquisitions. Efforts should be made to guard against legal risks in the field of international trade and to properly handle key legal issues in overseas investment and trade。

The course invites experts from internationally renowned law firms and consulting firms and senior legal advisers of central enterprises to explain and share intellectual property rights risks and compliance risks for the trainees, combining with expertsundefined professional legal knowledge and practical enterprise cases. Due diligence risk, labor dispute risk, tax planning and foreign exchange control risk, and other hot legal issues and solutions, and organized students to discuss the legal problems of enterprises overseas business solutions。

After the training, the participants generally reported that the contents of the course focused on hot legal issues and were close to the practice of enterprises, so that in a short period of time, everyone could acquire the legal knowledge of the international front and understand the typical legal disputes in the overseas operations of Chinese enterprises. Further enhance the legal risk identification and response ability of overseas business.
