Introduction

CBEAD was set up officially on January 13, 2006. CBEAD is a unique national base approved by the central government of China for in-service business executives training and education. It is under the direct leadership of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). CBEAD is a member of China’s national training system of One School, Five Academies which are the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C, Chinese Academy of Governance, China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong, China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan, China Executive Leadership Academy Yan’an and CBEAD.

CBEAD strives to build the first-class training base for executives of China’s enterprises, the first-class think tank on reform and development of SOEs, and the first-class international education cooperation platform for senior executives.

With the mission of Powering Business Leaders, Promoting Economic Prosperity, CBEAD provides training programs to executives and high-potential talents of SOEs and financial institutions, as well as executives and coaches from corporate universities and training institutions. CBEAD also offers programs to government agencies, enterprises and organizations across the nation.

Since its foundation, CBEAD has obtained high visibility and continuously received guidance and support from leaders of the central authorities. Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang, Li Yuanchao, Zhao Leji, and Wang Yong have visited CBEAD and given lectures to participants.

CBEAD devotes itself in development and innovation, and strives to become an internationally renowned executive education institutions equipped with first-class faculty, first-class management team, first-class research and first-class infrastructure. CBEAD is to power the growth of China’s executives, and to make contribution to the national talent strategy implementation.
